QotD: In Season

What fruits and vegetables are in season where you live?  Have you incorporated them into your recipes?

Corn, apples, pumpkin and other squash, concord grapes. Have not yet incorporated them into diet and recipies yet. Guess have not yet really moved from Summer to Autumn.
